Each of us has hundreds, thousands of stories that make up "our story." We are shaped by our family of origin, our experiences, our geography, religious traditions and so much more. Individual stories are also impacted by our collective stories, the history of our nation, of our people group, of humanity itself. Simply put, we are story.
To engage any part of us, whether that be how we show up in our relationships or figuring out our life's purpose, is to enter into the complexities of our stories in order to better understand ourselves; It is for us to see with greater clarity where we have come from, to bring awareness of where we are today and to give us imagination for who we are meant to be in our future.
