Today while chatting it up with @luisdaniellecastillejo we were discussing comfort food and what we were going to make for dinner on this PNW stormy night. It got me thinking about my grandmother’s legendary banana cake. I think warm banana bread is so comforting because it harkens back her banana cake.
So I tried my hand at banana bread tonight and while it looks amazing, it was completely raw on the inside. 🤦♀️ Guess we’re just eating the edges while the wind continues to slam the rain against the windows.
